Charles Houston Webb (Chuck) was born in Denver Colorado, January 17, 1956. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from Hampden-Sydney College in 1978, Chuck served in the U.S. Marine Corp. as an Infantry / Reconnaissance Officer and later attended law school at South Texas College where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1985.
In 1986, Chuck was admitted to practice law in Florida, and in 1988 he was admitted to the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Between 1986 and 1988 Chuck worked as an Assistant State Attorney, prosecuting criminal cases in Florida.

From 1988 through 1995, Chuck Webb was an Assistant County Attorney with the Charlotte County Attorneys Office and the Broward County Attorneys Office where he represented the counties in land development matters, environmental law, local government law and commercial litigation. He participated as appellate counsel in several cases on behalf of the counties. Between 1991 and 1995, Chuck did postgraduate legal training in Real Estate Development at the University of Miami, School of Law.

Between 1995 and 2001, Chuck was in private legal practice in Orlando, Florida where he concentrated his practice in Real Estate development and transactions. Also, during that time he served overseas in Bosnia with the U.S. Army as a Judge Advocate (JAG). Chuck has been a JAG officer with the U.S. Army for over 20 years, and presently holds the rank of Colonel (COL).

In 2001, Chuck joined with Dennis Wells and Barry Williams to form Webb, Wells & Williams, PA., and he opened the firm's office in Ana Maria Island, Florida where he serves the West Coast of Florida and Central Florida area.

Chuck is a member of The Florida Bar (Environmental Law and Land Use Section, Real Property, Probate and Trust Section, County and Local Government Section and Trial Lawyers Section. He is also Member of Board of Directors of Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce, Member of Manatee County Chamber of Commerce (Leadership Manatee Graduate). Chuck has also served as a City Commissioner, City of Anna Maria, and as Vice Chairman Island Middle School, Inc., Former Board Member Anna Maria Planning and Zoning Board.

Chuck concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate Transactions, Contracts, Closings, and Development. He is an agent for Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and Attorney's Mortgage Services, Inc. Chuck also represents clients in Commercial, Construction and Real Estate Litigation, Eminent Domain / Condemnation, Environmental and Land Use Law, Probate and Wills, Trusts and Estates.
